On your results page, lenders are ranked by estimated net value to you. Here's exactly how we calculate it:
The lender with the highest ranking score appears first. This means the most money in your pocket after all fees are accounted for.
If two lenders have the same ranking score, we break ties by:
- Lower interest rate
- Lower servicing fees
- Customer reviews and ratings
Commission rates are NEVER a factor in ranking. We display this methodology on every results page.
